HISTORY

Vantage Design & Construction was formed by Joe Rongisch after many years of studying and working in the construction industry. 

Joe has studied Architecture and has a degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska -Lincoln.  He has worked for several companies both in residential and commercial construction.  He has worked in the field as well as the office.  After many years of building and observing what works and what doesn't, he has taken that experience and knowledge and is applying it to the practices of Vantage Design & Construction. 

Joe has spent the past 15 years on the following projects

• Custom home building ranging in price from $250,000 to $1million
• Low cost housing and city funded housing
• Luxury condo projects in the heart of downtown Omaha
• Green building, Energy Star and Eco friendly homes

OUR BUSINESS

For the past 30 years the home building industry has become a factory constructing houses as big as possible, as fast a possible and as cheap as possible.  Vantage Design & Construction is changing the way homes are built.  Our homes are unique because we build a home that has less finished square feet, a very efficient floor plan, and designed in a way using the best technology to make the home more affordable to build and more affordable to maintain.
